For some problems like optimising investment portfolios and machine learning to detect banking fraud, quantum computers can already outperform classical computers today.
There is no evidence to support this claim. The overwhelming scientific evidence indicates that current quantum devices are far too noisy and small to have any advantage in finance, let alone a 100x speedup.
