Chinese Startup Provides Cutting Edge Quantum Computing Services?

The Quantum Daily reports that Chinese quantum computing startup, Arclight Quantum, has raised about $1.5 million USD in its latest fundraising round. Translating the press release from the original Chinese, The Quantum Daily reports:

The company has provided customers with cutting-edge machine learning, quantum chemistry and other software products and technical services in many fields such as finance, industry, energy, and biopharmaceuticals.

This sentence makes it sound like Arclight Quantum is already providing quantum computing services in these areas. However, "cutting-edge" is a big caveat. Current quantum computers cannot outperform classical computers in any of these areas, so claiming to provide "cutting-edge" services may not amount to quantum computing services at all.
